Procurement Of Walk Through Security Gates Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of upgrade equipment for enhanced tourist experience and improved site management comprising walk-through gates for Jamal Ghari, Takht-i-Bahi, Bhamala, Saidu Sharif Stupa and Akra Mound. Procurement will be conducted through the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Single Stage One-Envelope process in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing. Eligible bidders, contractors and firms may participate. Request for Quotation documents may be downloaded from the project website or requested through email. Quotations must be submitted in sealed form and accompanied by a bid security of PKR 500,000 in favour of the Project Director, PMU KITE DoT in the form of an irrevocable unconditional Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan, Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order. Bidders are required to quote their best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes as no negotiations will be permitted after submission.
