Procurement Of Stationery Items And Printing Papers Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of general stationery items and printing papers through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab E-PADS portal. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bid security shall be 2 percent of the estimated value, comprising Rs.92,180 for stationery items and Rs.35,300 for printing papers, in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order in favour of the Treasurer, University of Narowal. Original bid security and a Rs.300 e-stamp affidavit confirming the bidder has never been blacklisted shall be submitted before the closing time. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days.
