Tourist Security Visitor Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of upgrade equipment for enhanced tourist experience and improved site management including handheld metal detectors, extra large automatic UV protection umbrellas and imported LED torches for Jamal Ghari, Takht-i-Bahi, Bhamala, Saidu Sharif Stupa and Akra Mound. Procurement shall be conducted through the Request for Quotation Single Stage One Envelope process under World Bank Procurement Regulations. Eligible bidders may obtain RFQ documents from the project website or by email. Quotations shall be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of an irrevocable unconditional bank guarantee, call deposit receipt or pay order in favour of the Project Director. Prices shall include all applicable taxes and no negotiations will be permitted after submission.
