Description
Construction of government officers residences in the Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad including construction of a multi-storey GOR building (G+5), infrastructure development and construction of residential houses. Procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted separately. Bid opening will take place at 11:00 AM. Bid security of 25,000,000.00 is required and bid validity shall remain 90 days.
