Miscellaneous Goods Entertainment Vehicle Maintenance Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure miscellaneous goods, entertainment and gift items and repair and maintenance services for government vehicles for Governor House Gilgit and Camp Office Islamabad. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security in the form of bank draft is mandatory and successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount. Eligible registered firms shall possess relevant experience, bank statements, registration certificates, non-blacklisting affidavit and documentary evidence of facilities. Repair and maintenance of VIP vehicles shall be carried out at authorized Toyota workshops. Tender opening shall take place according to the scheduled timings for each category.
