Description

Establish framework contracts for procurement of goods including stationery, printing materials, computer stationery, information technology equipment, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, general store items and office supplies for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS while the original bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Pay Order, Bank Draft or Call Deposit shall be submitted physically before the closing time. Prices shall be quoted on delivered duty paid basis at the consignee's end. Technical and financial bids shall be opened in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules. Pro Tip: This procurement includes office stationery, printing supplies, computer stationery, IT equipment, office furniture, plant and machinery, general office supplies and institutional procurement for government departments.
