General Hospital Medicines Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply medicines for Cantonment General Hospital on maximum discount over retail prices. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope electronic bidding procedure via EPADS. Eligible bidders shall be original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers or contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, possessing a valid Central Drug Sale License and active taxpayer status. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of original call deposit shall be submitted before the closing time. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and opened at 02:00 PM following submission at 12:00 PM. Medicines supplied shall be of standard quality, approved brands, adequately remaining shelf life and duly registered with the Ministry of Health. Tender rates shall remain valid for twelve months.
