Official Vehicles Branding Services Tender Notice
Description
Provide branding services for official vehicles on a lot-wise basis. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee shall be submitted before the submission deadline in favour of the Director General Punjab Food Authority. Technical bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM following submission by 11:00 AM and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders shall be opened subsequently in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules. Technical proposals shall remain valid for 180 days.
