Miscellaneous Goods Vehicle Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of miscellaneous goods, entertainment and gift items, and repair and maintenance services for government vehicles for Governor House Gilgit and Camp Office Islamabad for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Registered firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors having complete operational setup may participate. Bid security in the form of refundable call deposit is mandatory according to the specified category. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount. Applicable taxes shall be included in bid prices. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under GB PPRA Rules 2022. Pro Tip: This procurement includes entertainment supplies, gift items, vehicle repair, automobile maintenance, miscellaneous supplies, workshop services and annual supply contracts.
