Supply Classroom Furniture Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply of classroom furniture through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents are available against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000. Bid security equal to 3% of the total quoted amount in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory. Eligible bidders are required to submit firm profile, registration details, evidence of similar works completed during the last five years, ongoing projects, key personnel, plant and machinery details, litigation history and financial stability certificate. Technical proposals will be opened on the scheduled date while financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Pro Tip: This procurement includes classroom furniture, school furniture, desks, chairs, educational furniture, institutional furniture, classroom seating, school fixtures and educational facility furnishing.
