Auction Canteen Parking Services Tender Notice
Description
Auction for operation of canteen, tuck shop, cafeteria and parking services for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction covers Canteen or Tuck Shop and Parking Services with a reserved price of Rs. 500,000 and earnest money of Rs. 200,000 for each category. Interested bidders shall submit bidding documents along with original CNIC, tender receipt and Call Deposit Receipt. Only active taxpayers holding NTN and STRN are eligible while government or semi-government defaulters are ineligible. The contract shall remain valid until 2027-06-30. Quarterly payments are mandatory and successful bidders shall pay all applicable taxes. Food and beverage services must comply with Punjab Food Authority standards. The contractor shall ensure cleanliness, sanitation, waste disposal, police verification and medical fitness certificates for all staff. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all offers under applicable procurement rules.
