Framework Contract For Pathology Laboratory Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of pathology laboratory services and laboratory items for the financial year 2026-2027 with an estimated cost of PKR 2500000. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms shall be active taxpayers registered on EPADS. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and accompanied by bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates shall be uploaded before bid opening. Bidders shall submit their best and final prices as negotiations are not expected and taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules.
