Bulk Procurement Of Defibrillator And Resuscitation Trolley Tender Notice
Description
Bulk procurement of defibrillator and resuscitation trolley with accessories for the Trauma Center for the financial year 2026-27 on FOR basis. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms, agencies, distributors and authorized dealers having active income tax and sales tax filer status may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-PADS and accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 54,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft valid for 90 days from a scheduled bank. Original bid security shall be submitted separately before closing time. Bidders shall submit their best and final prices as negotiations are not expected and taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules.
