Hospital Canteen Rights Auction Tender Notice
Description
Open auction for canteen rights of DHQ Hospital New Building, City Hospital Block and Children Hospital Block for the financial year 2026-27, extendable for three months subject to satisfactory performance. Interested bidders shall submit scanned applications, relevant documents and bid security through email before the closing date. Auction shall be conducted through open competitive bidding and the highest offer shall be accepted. Minimum reserve prices and corresponding bid securities are specified for each canteen. If the closing date falls on a public holiday the next working day shall apply. In case no bid is received or the auction is cancelled, a subsequent auction shall be conducted according to the revised schedule. The auction committee reserves the right to cancel the auction or reject all proposals before award.
