Chemicals Laboratory Apparatus Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of chemicals and laboratory apparatus on FOR/DDP basis with an estimated cost of PKR 2000000 and bid security of PKR 100000 in the form of CDR in favour of the Treasurer, GSCWU Bahawalpur. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible GST and Income Tax registered firms, distributors, dealers and suppliers shall submit electronic bids through E-PADS together with the required bid security. Original bid security shall be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall remain unopened. Conditional or incomplete bids shall be rejected.
