Medical Devices Surgical Dressings Framework Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement of medical devices, surgical dressings and related healthcare items for the financial year 2026-2027. Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-PADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible bidders registered with E-PADS and relevant registration and tax authorities shall submit technical and financial bids electronically. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque shall accompany the technical proposal, while original bid security and affidavits shall be submitted before bid opening. Bid validity shall be 210 days. Hard copies of bids are not required. Corrupt, unreadable, virus infected or wrongly submitted bids shall be rejected.
