Grain Market Mandi Mart Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a new grain market at Depalpur Road Okara and construction of a Mandi Mart at Kana Kacha in the Fruit and Vegetable Market. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-PADS. Estimated project values are PKR 6089726475 for the grain market with bid security of PKR 304486323 and PKR 92589705 for the Mandi Mart with bid security of PKR 4629485 in the form of Bank Guarantee in favour of the Director Agriculture Marketing Development Fund. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for financial bid opening. Bid validity shall remain 120 days and performance guarantee shall be required where applicable.
