Soling Culvert Construction Choubara Layyah Tender Notice
Description
Construction of soling and culvert works at Chak No. 379/TDA, Tehsil Choubara within the limits of District Council Layyah. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure using the E-PADS electronic tendering system under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors registered with PPRA and E-PADS shall submit electronic bids together with scanned bid security and original CDR or Pay Order in favour of District Council Layyah before the closing time. Estimated project cost is PKR 4896000 with bid security of PKR 244800. Additional quality assurance security shall apply where the quoted bid is more than 5% below the estimated cost. The procuring agency may reject bids prior to acceptance.
