Faq Wheat Supply District Jail Tender Notice
Description
Supply of 42,500 kilograms of FAQ wheat free from dust and foreign matter for the financial year 2026-27 on a jail gate delivery basis through Punjab e-Procurement (EPADS). Only bidders registered with PPRA and EPADS are eligible. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Single Envelope electronic procurement under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Online bids shall be submitted through EPADS and technical bids shall be opened online. Original CDR in the prescribed amount along with four sealed samples shall be submitted before the closing time. Wheat shall comply with Punjab food quality standards and laboratory testing requirements. Blacklisted firms are ineligible. Successful bidder shall execute the agreement within seven days and furnish a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the contract value under PPRA Rule 56. Prices shall include all taxes, transportation, laboratory testing and delivery charges.
