Auction Of Broken Steel Bars Tender Notice
Description
Auction of tested broken steel bar pieces on an as-is where-is basis through competitive bidding. Interested bidders may inspect the auctioned material during office hours from 2026-07-27 to 2026-08-03. Sealed bids must be submitted before the specified opening time and auction proceedings will take place thereafter. Auction form fee is PKR 1,000 (non-refundable). A refundable bid security of PKR 100,000 along with a certified copy of the national identity card is mandatory for participation. Successful bidder shall pay 50% of the bid amount immediately and the remaining balance before lifting the material. Applicable government taxes including filer and non-filer income tax shall be paid in addition to the bid price. Auctioned material must be removed within three days, failing which the security may be forfeited. University employees are not eligible to participate. The auction committee reserves the right to amend conditions or cancel the auction without assigning any reason.
