Scientific Equipment Instruments Machinery Sports Goods Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of scientific equipment, scientific instruments, machinery and sports goods through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered on the SPPRA e-PADS system and possess NTN, Sales Tax registration with FBR and or SRB, Active Taxpayer Status Certificate, Professional Tax Certificate, relevant experience, CNIC of the authorized representative and an affidavit declaring the firm has never been blacklisted or involved in litigation. The bidder shall provide an average turnover of at least Rs. 50 million during the last three years together with a bank certificate. A bidding document fee of Rs. 5,000 and bid security of Rs. 750,000 in the form of pay order, demand draft or bank guarantee are mandatory. Bids shall be submitted both to the procuring office and through the SPPRA e-PADS system. Bids will be opened at the scheduled time and public holiday submissions shall be shifted to the next working day.
