Engineering Consultancy Building Assessment Tender Notice
Description
Engineering consultancy services for assessment of various buildings. Proposals are invited under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method. Consulting firms shall possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration with Service Codes 1201, 1235, 0532, 0543, 0546 and 0575, be registered as Active Taxpayers with FBR and SRB and be registered on the e-PADS portal. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-21 at 12:00 hours. Technical proposals shall be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 1,000,000 in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft and a copy shall be uploaded on e-PADS. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted both through e-PADS and physically. Technical proposals will be opened at 12:30 hours on the closing date while financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened later. Applicable taxes and duties shall be borne by the selected consultant.
