Shounter Hydropower Civil Works Hydraulic Steel Structures Epc Tender Notice
Description
Engineering, procurement and construction contract for civil works and hydraulic steel structures under Lot 1 of the 48 MW Shounter Hydropower Project. Sealed bids are invited through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure from eligible joint ventures comprising Pakistani firms having valid Pakistan Engineering Council C-A category registration and Saudi national firms of Class A, with participation of other eligible nationalities through joint ventures where applicable. Bidding shall follow the Saudi Fund for Development procurement guidelines. A non-refundable bidding document fee of PKR 50,000 is required. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted separately. Technical bids must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 225,000,000 or equivalent in freely convertible currency in the form of a bank guarantee. Technical bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives.
