Engineering Procurement Construction Civil Works Auxiliary S Tender Notice
Description
Engineering, procurement and construction contract for civil works, auxiliary services and hydraulic steel structures under Lot 1 of the 22 MW Jagran-IV Hydropower Project. Sealed bids are invited through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure from eligible joint ventures comprising Pakistani firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council C-A category registration and Saudi national firms of Class A. Procurement shall follow the Saudi Fund for Development procurement guidelines. A non-refundable bidding document fee of PKR 50,000 shall be paid through Call Deposit Receipt. Bidders shall consider local site conditions while preparing bids. Technical bids must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 150,000,000 or equivalent in freely convertible currency in the form of Deposit at Call or bank guarantee. Technical bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives.
