Supply Of Dvcam Video Cassettes Tender Notice
Description
Supply of DVCAM video cassettes for recording the proceedings of the National Assembly. Electronic bids are invited through EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure based on the Least Cost Based Selection technique. Bids shall be accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only and manual bids will not be entertained. Bid opening shall take place through EPADS on the scheduled date in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Pro Tip: This procurement covers DVCAM tapes, broadcast recording media, professional video cassettes, archival recording media, television recording supplies and audiovisual storage media for legislative proceedings.
