Supply Of Dvcam Video Cassettes Tender Notice
Description
Supply of DVCAM video cassettes for recording the proceedings of the National Assembly for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with the Least Cost Based Selection method in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids shall be accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit or bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through EPADS and manual submissions shall not be accepted. Electronic bids shall be opened through EPADS in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
