Local Purchase Medicines Disposables Surgical Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for day-to-day supply of local purchase medicines, disposables and surgical items for the financial year 2026-2027. Electronic bids are invited from manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors and firms from District Rawalpindi. Procurement shall be conducted through the Open Competitive Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Electronic submission through EPADS is mandatory and manual bids are not permitted. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 160,000 shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque with the original deposited before bid opening. Eligible bidders shall possess valid NTN, Income Tax and Sales Tax registration where applicable.
