Dispatch Rider Services Motorcycles Tender Notice
Description
Provide dispatch rider services with motorcycles, fuel and required accessories for receipt, delivery and distribution of official mail and parcels across offices from Monday to Saturday on a complete package basis through a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure. Physical bid bond must be submitted before bid submission time and a valid PEC certificate shall be submitted where required, otherwise the bid will be liable to rejection. Bid security of 50,000.00 is required and bid validity is 120 days. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM after the submission deadline. Pro Tip: The procurement includes dispatch riders, courier services, motorcycle delivery, parcel distribution, mail handling, logistics support and transport services.
