Description
Procurement for renovation and allied works including furniture and fixtures at GTTI Quaid-e-Azam Business Park Sheikhupura through a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure using the PPRA E-PADS e-tendering system. The works include renovation, civil works, electrical works, furniture and fixture installation. Contractors must be enlisted, renewed and active with Punjab E-PADS, PEC, FBR and PRA in the relevant category C5 and above with the required specialization codes and provide an undertaking that the firm is not blacklisted. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS and manual bids will not be accepted. Every page of the bid must be signed and stamped. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 483,303 is required and must be submitted online. Conditional bids or bids without bid security will be rejected. The estimated cost is Rs. 24,165,125. The online bids will be opened by the procurement committee in the presence of authorized representatives. A performance guarantee along with 10 percent of the contract amount shall be obtained from the successful bidder. The procurement follows the least cost method. Bid submission closes at 11:00 A.M. and bids will be opened at 12:15 P.M.
