Purchase Of Office Supplies And Machinery Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement on lot basis for office stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication, plant and machinery, hardware items, IT equipment and repair of machinery through Single Stage Two Envelope electronic bidding. Bidders including firms, companies, sole proprietors and service providers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities. Separate bids are required for each lot and contracts shall be awarded separately. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated value of each lot is mandatory in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Original bid security, attested affidavit and samples of all goods shall be submitted before the submission deadline. Electronic bids shall be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
