Purchase Furniture Clothing Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement on lot basis for furniture and fixtures, other store items, entertainment and gifts, uniform and protective clothing and repair of furniture through Single Stage Two Envelope electronic bidding. Bidders including firms, companies, sole proprietors and service providers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities. Separate bids shall be submitted for each lot. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated value of each lot in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Original bid security, attested affidavit and product samples shall be submitted before the submission deadline. Electronic bids shall be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
