Event Support Rental Equipment Catering Services Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of firms for provision of tentage services, sound systems, IT equipment on rental basis, machinery and equipment on rental basis, audio visual equipment and refreshment catering services for official meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops and institutional events. Eligible original manufacturers, authorized distributors, service providers and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR with business offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi may participate. Applications shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. Pre-qualification applications will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date. No bid security is required at the pre-qualification stage. Pro Tip: The procurement includes event management support, tentage, audio visual systems, rental equipment, conference services, seminar arrangements, workshop logistics, catering, sound equipment and institutional event services.
