Medicines Disposables Surgical Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for local purchase medicines, disposables and surgical items on day to day basis. Eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors and firms from District Rawalpindi registered with EPADS may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 160,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque is mandatory and original bid security shall be submitted before bid opening. Technical and financial evaluation shall be conducted according to the bidding documents.
