Repair Maintenance Services Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of firms for repair and maintenance of computer hardware, IT equipment, air conditioners, CCTV cameras with NVRs, cables and accessories, LED televisions, communication equipment, miscellaneous items, solar systems, generators, Siemens Hipath 3800 exchange, Panasonic exchange, transformers, photocopy machines, Comlab jammer and miscellaneous machinery for the financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS by registered vendors only. Firms shall submit registration certificates, financial documents, experience, equipment details, litigation certificate and non-blacklisting affidavit. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. This procurement covers preventive maintenance, repair services, IT support, surveillance systems, electrical equipment, power systems, telecommunications, office machinery and facility maintenance using recognized industry terminology.
