Cafeteria Services Canteen Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of cafeteria services for the canteen for an initial period of one year. Electronic bids are invited from eligible service providers appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Procurement shall be conducted under Rule 36(b) Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11 June 2026 at 11:00 AM through the Zoom Meeting application. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual bids shall not be accepted. A bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee is required with the technical bid. In case of a Bank Guarantee, it shall remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS and the original must reach the procuring agency before the bid submission deadline, otherwise the bid shall be rejected.
