Description

Procurement for renewal of license and technical support of the IT Asset Management System. Electronic bids are invited from bidders registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), having Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Electronic bids must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 160,000 with the scanned copy uploaded on EPADS and the original submitted before the bid submission deadline, otherwise the bid shall be rejected. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
