Procurement of framework contracts for Local Purchase of Medicines (Day to Day) Zakat and Usher - Dialysis Items and Life Saving Drugs - Medical Gases - Medicines through SSP - Laboratory Chemicals, Kits and Devices - Blood Bank Kits, Chemicals and Blood Banks - X-Ray Films and Chemicals - Stationery - Printing - Dental and Ophthalmology Items - Bedding, Clothing and Disposable Items - General Store Items - Machinery and Biomedical Equipment - IT Equipment including CCTV cameras, storage devices, cables, computers, printers, printer refilling and allied items - Furniture and Fixtures - Electrical, Air Conditioning Installation Material, Sanitary and Plumbing Repairing Items - Air Conditioners - Printer Toner Refilling, New Cartridges and Repair or Replacement of Toner Parts. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible income tax and GST registered firms, partnerships, proprietors and companies may participate. Bid security up to 5 percent of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, pay order or demand draft is mandatory and taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules.
