Counter Terrorism Department Supplies Services Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under framework contracts for Hot and Cold items including ice and coal - POL and lubricants - stationery - printing charges - newspapers, periodicals and books - exhibitions and fairs - payment for services rendered - other store items - investigation expenses - computer stationery - miscellaneous items - training aids - Muharram and Chehlum duty items - beds and boxes - tents and tarpaulins - plant and machinery - furniture and fixtures - software - transport repair - machinery and equipment repair - furniture repair - hardware and equipment - software repair - building repair for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Registered firms having FBR, PRA and PPRA/EPADS registration may participate. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically before the closing time. Original bid security equal to 3 percent of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order of the Bank of Punjab shall be submitted before bid submission. Technical samples and brochures shall be provided where applicable. Successful bidders shall furnish a 3 percent performance guarantee and contracts shall remain valid until 30-06-2027.
