Counter Terrorism Operational Supplies Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under framework contracts for Hot and Cold items including ice and coal - POL and lubricants - stationery - printing charges - computer stationery - miscellaneous items - training aids - Muharram and Chehlum duty items - tents and tarpaulins - other store items - transport repair - machinery and equipment repair - furniture repair - hardware and equipment - software repair for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible firms registered with FBR, PRA and PPRA/EPADS may participate. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. Original bid security equal to 3 percent of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order before bid opening. Successful bidders shall furnish a 3 percent performance guarantee and contracts shall remain valid until 30-06-2027.
