Procurement of project laboratory equipment through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA for E-Procurement, possess Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through EPADS. Tender documents will be available through EPADS. Tender fee of Rs.3,000 shall be submitted through Pay Order or Bank Draft before bid opening. Bid opening will be held at 11:30 hours. Delivery shall be made to the SCME laboratory at the supplier's own expense. Pro Tip: This procurement covers scientific laboratory equipment, research instruments, project equipment, engineering laboratory apparatus, analytical instruments and laboratory hardware for academic research facilities.
