Procure 20 million polycarbonate cards without chip through international competitive bidding. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only and manual bids will not be accepted. The original hard copy of the bid security shall be submitted before the prescribed deadline. National and local firms must possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and remain on the active taxpayer list of the Federal Board of Revenue.
