Description
Procurement for outsourcing office support services including Office Boys - Plumber - Gardeners/Mali - Janitorial Staff/Sanitary Workers for one year extendable for two additional years subject to satisfactory performance. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, possess valid sales tax and income tax registrations with active ATL status, submit bids through E-PADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, provide a bid security of Rs. 500,000 physically and online, maintain bid validity of 90 days, furnish performance security equal to 10% of the contract value if successful, and submit a certificate confirming they have never been blacklisted. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the opening date.
