Hospital Parking Services Auction Tender Notice
Description
Auction for parking services at THQ Hospital Burewala for the financial year 2026-2027 through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure using EPADS. Eligible bidders must possess a valid Category-A licence and registration with the Income Tax Department. The reserve price is Rs. 450,000 per month plus taxes with provision of eight Madadgar persons. Bid security of Rs. 550,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft valid for 120 days is required. Successful bidder shall deposit 34% of the annual amount in advance within five days and the remaining amount in two instalments. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the auction date.
