Mineral Excise Duty Collection Rights Auction Tender Notice
Description
Auction of mineral excise duty collection rights for notified minerals transported by road from mines for an eleven-month contract period during 2026-2027 in Mardan and Peshawar Divisions, excluding minerals extracted from leased cement factory areas, areas allocated for under-construction dams, imported minerals from Afghanistan and other countries, precious metals, precious and semi-precious stones, gemstones and radioactive minerals. Interested parties shall complete registration or prequalification before the auction by submitting the prescribed non-refundable registration fee, computerized national identity card, domicile certificate, national tax number, bank statement, character certificate and other required documents. Registered bidders shall submit a scheduled bank call deposit and the prescribed application before the auction. Successful bidders shall deposit 10 percent security through CDR, 10 percent advance withholding tax, 25 percent advance payment within seven days of offer issuance, and the remaining 75 percent in installments. An agreement on judicial stamp paper shall be executed before issuance of the work order. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any bid.
