Medical Supplies Equipment Hospital Consumables Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of hospital supplies for various hospitals in Upper Dir including laboratory chemicals, bedding and clothing, dressings, cartons, spirit, CR sheets, dental materials, X-ray film system and inkjet blue film, equipment repair, transportation services, tyres and vehicle repairs, oxygen gas, ARV vaccine, 70/30 insulin, LPG, instruments, stationery, printing, miscellaneous items and training services. Only manufacturers and distributors registered with the relevant tax authorities and EPAD may participate. Bids shall be submitted online through EPAD using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bids shall be uploaded by 2026-07-09 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 12:00 PM before the procurement committee and bidder representatives. Item lists may be obtained during office hours or downloaded from EPAD. Rates shall remain valid from 2026-07-01 to 2027-06-30. Samples may be required before supply. Applicable taxes shall be paid under prevailing laws. Call deposits in the prescribed amounts shall reach the office before bid opening and the procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under KPPRA Rule 47.
