Auction Of School Buildings And Salvage Construction Materia Tender Notice
Description
Auction of usable school building structures and salvage construction material on an as-is where-is basis including a five-room school building and an old school building. Interested bidders may participate by submitting bids at the respective schools. A refundable call deposit of PKR 50,000 issued by a scheduled bank is mandatory and must be submitted two days before bidding along with a copy of the national identity card. Cash security is not acceptable. The successful bidder shall deposit 30 percent of the bid amount on the spot and the remaining amount within three days after approval. All applicable government taxes including sales tax shall be paid by the successful bidder. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the auction process for valid reasons. Demolition debris must be removed within fifteen days after approval. Failure to deposit the required amount shall result in forfeiture of the security deposit and award to the next highest eligible bidder.
