Office Equipment Furniture Transport Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement on lot basis for hardware, IT equipment, plant and machinery, office furniture, furniture and fixtures, entertainment and gifts, uniforms and protective clothing and transport through E-PADS using a single stage two envelope procedure. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and joint ventures registered with relevant tax and registration authorities may participate. Bid security in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order is mandatory. Separate bids shall be submitted for each lot and contracts shall be awarded separately. Original bid security shall be submitted before the electronic bid submission deadline. Pro Tip: The procurement includes computer hardware, information technology equipment, office furniture, machinery, transport, institutional furnishings, uniforms and operational supplies for government offices.
