District Health Supplies Services Maintenance Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for repair of transport - ordinance store - machinery and equipment - uniforms and protective clothing - printing and publication - stationery - transportation of goods - postage and telegraph services - LPG gas - oxygen cylinders - minor repair of health facilities - local purchase of medicines - furniture and fixtures - repair of furniture and fixtures for the financial year 2026-27. Registered firms may participate by submitting sealed bids with the prescribed call deposit according to each procurement head. Tender fee is PKR 2,000 (non-refundable). Bidders supplying medicines must possess a valid drug licence. Affidavit regarding non-blacklisting, Form-C and other attested documents are mandatory. Computerized quotations only shall be accepted and bids received after the prescribed deadline shall not be entertained.
