Bulk Procurement Of General Store And Biomedical Items Tender Notice
Description
Bulk procurement for the financial year 2026-27 comprising general store items, computer stationery items, printing material and miscellaneous accessories for different biomedical equipment on free delivery to consignee end basis. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible bidders shall submit electronic technical and financial bids in PDF format. Bid security equal to 2% of the quoted estimated cost shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall not be opened. Bid validity is 180 days and bidders shall quote both brand names and generic names where applicable. Hard copies are not required. Estimated costs are Rs.10,937,560 for general store items, Rs.28,771,850 for computer stationery items, Rs.12,734,065 for printing material and Rs.22,884,000 for biomedical equipment accessories.
