Dietary Items Mess Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of dietary items for the mess of Police Training College for the year 2026-2027 up to 30 June 2027 with an estimated cost of Rs. 70 million. Sealed e-bids are invited from well reputed and financially sound firms registered with GST, Income Tax Departments and E-PADS. Bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost from E-PADS and the PPRA website. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately, with technical proposals including specifications, catalogues, bid documents, earnest money and mandatory samples. Technical bids will be opened on the specified date while financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of CDR or Bank Draft in favour of the Commandant Police Training College Multan. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value. An affidavit confirming that the firm has never been blacklisted is mandatory. Successful bidders shall supply fresh Class-I dietary items on a daily basis and expired items shall not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
